Betty's Playground Project

 Cheswardine Drive, Bradwell, ST5 8SG. There is no car park but you can park on the road and walk down the little path to the park.  There is a roundabout, a see-saw, baby swings and a little climbing frame with a slide. I like the roundabout because it goes fast and it has 4 seats so you can pretend it is a train. I don't like the see-saw. 

 Durham Drive, Lightwood ST3 4TG This park is far from our house but we go there when I have my piano lessons. It isn't very big. There is a slide, baby swings, a motorbike, monkey bars and a roundabout. I like the monkey bars and the roundabout. I think there should be some better swings.  

 Arnold Grove Playground ST5 8LB There is no car park There is a slide, see-saw, swings, roundabout and a fireman's pole. For younger children there are swings and a climbing frame with a slide.  I love the swings because they go super high. And there is lots to climb on. I didn't like the fence because it needs painting!

 The Marsh The next playground that we are reviewing is the park on The Marsh on Basford Park Road. There is no car park but there are plenty of places to park nearby, although you might need to cross a road to get onto the park.  There is a climbing frame, a see-saw, a slide, swings, a roundabout, a spinner and spinning monkey bars. For younger children there is some swings, a smaller climbing frame and two bouncers.  My favourite thing to play on is the big climbing frame because I love climbing. I also like the swing where two people go on at the same time. The roundabout is not very good it is hard to push. There are no toilets so make sure you have been before!

The first playground that we are reviewing is the little park at the Clayton end of the Lyme Valley Parkway. The postcode is ST5 3BX and there is a car park.                                                    It is a very little park. There is a roundabout, a climbing frame with a slide, two baby swings and a play motorbike. I like the roundabout because it goes fast. I liked the slide. It was a little one but it was still fun. I didn't like the swings because they were for babies. It is difficult for little children to climb up to the slide because it has no steps.
